DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BATTERY PACKS?
We do, how ever its in rare cases. If the pack is for a specific model and will fit other builds we will look into investing the time to design the pack.
If it's a racing application, and you are proven in the performance industry we will also consider it.
CAN I ADD A NEW AIRTAG INSIDE THE PACK?
We can install a new air tag at your request which can be activated upon arrival. The battery is sealed and should not be opened to access it unless to change the battery for the air tag.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON THE PACKS?
We stand behind the battery to arrive in working and as described condition which is new unless stated otherwise. Each pack is load tested to 50% capacity where it kept and stored and ready for shipment. One charge to 80% is done to ensure all cells are balanced and charge operation is in order. If you want the pack dyno tested we can offer this service to test the max output and temperature of the pack. We can test up to 72V(Nominal) At 850 Battery amps currently.
After that, it is up to your maintenance. If you care for the battery properly you will not have issues. If you abuse, use it other than intended, do not have proper support, dropped, water intrusion anything of this nature it will damage the battery. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Unless noted or a pre-order the battery should be in stock. ( Site would of noted other wise) Purchases will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Rush processing will be available as time goes on.
